If you find any product sold through ApriaDirect for a lower pre-tax retail sale price somewhere else, simply let us know and we will match the lower price. In order to take advantage of this, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-780-1508 to initiate a price match.  
Here is what you need to know about our Price Match Guarantee Program:
•    The Price Match Guarantee is only available for products sold within the United States and is only available prior to purchase of a similar product from ApriaDirect.
•    We must be able to verify that the product you have found at a lower price is the exact same product, with the same product specifications as the ApriaDirect product, including brand name, size, weight, model number, etc. Bundled offerings of multiple products are not eligible for this Price Match Guarantee. 
•    You may be required to provide a website address, a web link, screenshot of product in cart, or other information about the competitive offer so we may independently verify the information. Failure to comply with such a request will result in denial of the price match request.
•    When calculating a possible price difference, we account for shipping and other ancillary cost differences between ApriaDirect and the competitor product being offered at a lower price.
•    We reserve the right to deny the price match request if the competitive seller is not an authorized retailer of the product(s) in question, or if the competitive seller is a site that hosts third-party sellers such as, but not limited to, Amazon or eBay.
•    We reserve the right to deny the price match request if the competitive seller is advertising a product that is out of stock or that cannot be immediately fulfilled.
•    The ApriaDirect Price Match Guarantee does not apply to competitor products that are on closeout, liquidation, or clearance or to items that are advertised as refurbished, used or open box.
•    The ApriaDirect Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. The price extended will be limited to the same price that we are matching. 
•    ApriaDirect reserves the right to limit the number of price matches per guest.
•    These terms may be updated at any time.

If you or your representative have signed a Sales, Service and Rental Agreement with Apria Healthcare LLC, that document will cover the products and services you received pursuant to it and your relationship generally with ApriaDirect/ApriaHome and these Terms of Use will apply only to your use of the Website and any products and services purchased or rented on it.
