The DreamStation Go Heated Humidifier is designed to use tap, bottled, or distilled water1 for the convenience of using whatever water is available. It features water-saving technology designed to provide a full night of heated humidification2 by actively monitoring ambient conditions, therapy settings, and automatically adjusting moisture delivery when humidifier target time is enabled.
Also, in the event the humidifier is underfilled, the heater plate shut-down feature will take over to prevent dry, uncomfortable air from being delivered to the patient for the remainder of the night.
1 In very hard water areas, it is recommended that you use distilled or bottled water
2 Adjusts humidification output when water-saver target time is enabled. Refer to the User Manual for more information

A Unfortunately, you may not use this and the DreamStation Overnight Battery at the same time.
Q A message popped up on the device stating " Stop therapy, remove and then reinsert water tank” , what should I do?
A This message will show up if the humidifier water tank is incorrectly seated on the humidifier heater plate. To fix this issue:
1. Stop therapy
2. Remove and then reinsert the water tank
3. Visually inspect to make sure that the water tank is not seated on an angle.
Once complete, you may resume therapy. If inserted correctly, the pop-up should not appear again.
