It’s the best

I'm so happy that I chose to go with my first instinct and get the rest air mini. I will say no matter what representative tries to guide you and getting something else that possibly can look like a baseball stay far from it It is louder than a sound machine! However it's predecessor the Air mini whisper whisper quiet especially with that little piece they call the muffler The only thing I do not like know where on the website Do they state or show pictures of how to put it together piece by piece with simple little arrows or ABCs when you use your own mask which is far cheaper and far more comfortable than have to transition to something new. They tell you what goes on it, in print but, it would be so much more helpful with the guidance of pictures or a short video. Yes, they show you other videos not helpful. I had to go on YouTube also, not really helpful. I had to call the tech department because there are two pieces that are very much interchangeable. You have to be the judge of what is going to be whisper quiet for you. I would rate this five stars but it almost did not happen because I let a representative; No mal-intentions but I guess she thought that the round softball was better??? Absolutely, positively not!!! For me it was horrendous!!! I couldn't sleep for two nights because I wanted to try to give it a fair review! And thank God I tried it out a week before I went away. Again I cannot say enough about the res-Air mini the best the best the best !!! w While I was getting myself used to it, I totally forgot about my regular machine. . . This is so light so compact and literally whisper quiet. I literally am on vacation and it was the best choice that I've ever made!!!

I'm very happy with my purchase. Also the customer service was wonderful. The Transcend CPAP did not get to me when promised but Apria went above and beyond to make it right. My Transcend was delivered to me in Kona where I was on vacation a couple of days later.
