We make returns easy!

We stand behind the products we sell, and we want you to be 100% satisfied. If the return criteria are met, we are happy to accept your return and provide a refund.

STEP 1. Click "Start Return"

Starting your return is simple. Click "START RETURN" and complete the information requested. Remember, it is important that you start this process within the 30 days of the purchase date.

STEP 2. Drop off your package at any FedEx location

Once your return request is processed, a shipping label will be provided. If your item is not eligible for free return shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund total. Please drop your package off at any FedEx location within 14 days of receiving the label.
A Few Items to Note:

  • We do not take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • We are unable to accept returns at our Apria Branches or offices.
STEP 3. Receive your refund!

Once we receive your package, your refund, less any applicable shipping fees, will be processed within 5 to 7 days.

Return Criteria

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if they meet the below criteria.

  • Risk Free Trials: We offer a limited risk-free trial for certain products as indicated during the initial terms of sale. If you are not satisfied with a product within the risk-free trial period, you can return the item for a full refund.
  • Unopened/Unused Items: To ensure the quality and integrity of the products we sell; we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used. Please see below for additional clarification.
    • Opened Products: The product has been removed from the original product packaging. This does not include the shipping box.
    • Used Products: The product shows signs of use or damage.
  • Exclusions:
    • Special Sales: Certain special sales may be exempt from the return policy. Items that are exempt will be identified at the time of the sale.
    • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
