Fast and Easy Shipping
From checkout to delivery, we strive to make the ordering process as fast and easy as possible.
Free shipping, $99 and up. Flat rate, under $99.
Orders totaling $99 or more ship for FREE. (Excludes HI and AK).
Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of just $4.99. (Excludes HI and AK).
Same-Day Shipping.
Orders received Monday through Friday before 1pm PST will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after 1pm or on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.
Ground shipping usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Please note that processing may be delayed if complete information is not received, or we are pending a prescription.
Rx Orders.
Some orders require a prescription, like CPAP machines. By law, these orders can't be processed and shipped until a valid prescription is provided and verified by ApriaDirect (for example, we're waiting for you to email your Rx slip).
Please allow extra time for us to ship out Rx orders. Every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.
Please Note:

- If payment authorization is delayed, in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, ApriaDirect reserves the right to delay shipments.
- ApriaDirect cannot ship to any P.O. Box address.
- Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska addresses.
